Information according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation):

2. purposes of processing personal data:
a. provision of services consisting in the mediation of concluding contracts, in particular insurance mediation, provision of investment services, mediation of consumer loans;
b. fulfillment of the controller's legal obligations results from special regulations (e.g. Act No. 170/208 Coll., Act No. 256/2004 Coll., Act No. 257/2016 Coll., Act No. 253/2008 Coll.);
c. storing and preserving personal data in the database of clients (customers) of the controller and simultaneously transferring and sharing personal data with the recipients listed under point 4. below;
d. internal needs, in particular the protection of the rights and legally protected interests of the controller, monitoring the quality of services and client satisfaction and optimizing the services and products provided;
e. commercial and (tele)marketing, in particular the offering of services, including sending commercial communications, informing about products and services, including targeted offers of products and services based on automated processing of personal data, incl. profiling.

consent of the data subject, fulfillment of the controller's statutory (legal) obligations (in particular pursuant to point 2. b. above)

natural or legal persons forming a group with the controller and third parties cooperating with the controller; contractual partners of the administrator, i.e. in particular the administrator’s bound representatives; business partners of the administrator, i.e. persons represented by the administrator when concluding contracts with the data subject, in particular banks, insurance companies, investment companies and funds, pension companies, consumer credit providers, health insurance companies, credit unions; public authorities in the performance of the administrator’s legal obligations, e.g. the Czech National Bank, the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, the Financial Analytical Office
5. personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU or to international organizations.
6. period for which personal data will be stored (processed):
for the duration of the use of the administrator’s services, but always until the withdrawal of consent to processing, in the case of data necessary for the performance of the administrator’s legal obligations for the period specified in the relevant legal regulations, but no later than 10 years from the end of the provision of services.

b. to request correction or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of processing thereof from the administrator at any time;
